Well... Color Me Suprised!

We thought we were done, but apparently someone else thought we were not.
I'm so glad He knows what He's doing.

Oh Presidents' Day...

Presidents' Day weekend we stayed the night in St. George and spent part of the next day hiking in Snow Canyon State Park.
What a cool place.
We took the kids on the Johnson Canyon trail hike and really enjoyed ourselves.
The weather was perfect and the girlies loved running around on the trail.
Little Man seemed to enjoy his ride in the pack.

This photo of Spencer was my favorite of the day.

It will be fun to go back to Snow Canyon and explore some more.

New Year, New Adventures...

Well, a new year began three months ago and we've been so busy that I haven't said much (anything) about it.
At the end of January Aaron's sister, Alisha, got married in San Diego so we decided to take the girlies (yep, not Little Man) to the happiest place on earth...
Disneyland.

We sure had a fun day.  We started in Fantasyland and rode rides that were Avery-friendly.  She was half an inch too short for the bigger rides.
And yes, they measured her.
Laura and Kaitlyn rode all of the big rides with either Aaron or me.
Their favorite?  Splash Mountain.  They rode twice in a row.
While we were on Splash Mountain Aaron took Avery to visit Winnie the Pooh and Tigger.

One of the best parts of the day was the parade.  All of the girlies' favorite characters were in it.
Have I mentioned Rapunzel yet?  No?  Let me just say that she was the highlight of the afternoon.  Her tower was a float and all of the princesses were hanging out with her. Avery could hardly contain herself she was so happy.

We had a long, tiring, and very exciting day.  At first I felt guilty for leaving Spencer with family, but after dealing with tired girlies I was so glad we did.
I can't wait until we can go back with all of our kiddos.

Danger Will Robinson...

So don't worry, we aren't lost in space or anything, just crazy busy.  I'll return soon... I promise.
